Features for remodelers
The tools behind every kitchen and bath
Each tab shows one on a real remodel.
Land the job
Estimates
Sunday's bath quote still has no answer. Start the next one from a saved template, with three options and a deposit asked at signing.
- Saved templates: your usual kitchen and bath, ready to adjust
- Add-ons: a heated floor or a niche, ticked by the homeowner
- Expiry: old prices lapse on your date, renew in one click

Land the job
Online booking
Saturdays go to walkthroughs for tire kickers. Homeowners send photos and good times first, or book the walkthrough on your site.
- Request form: room photos and the times that suit them
- Walkthrough booking: on your calendar, address included
- Small repairs priced from photos, before any drive

Land the job
Review requests
Your next kitchen comes from a referral who checks Google first. Each closed job emails the homeowner your review link.
- The email goes the day after the job closes
- A text follows 3 days later
- Home: your Google review count at a glance

Land the job
Marketing
Past clients forget you between projects. Email last year's kitchen clients about a basement, or text them all at once.
- Email campaigns: finished-project photos to past clients
- Bulk text: one message to every homeowner you've worked for
- Lead sources: referral, Google or website, on each request

Land the job
Website
Homeowners judge a remodeler by the finished rooms. We build your site with your best projects and walkthrough booking on it.
- Portfolio: before-and-after photos from your finished jobs
- Website chat: the AI front desk answers while you're on demo
- Part of the setup we do for you

Run the job
Scheduling
The cabinets slip two weeks, and the install day goes with them. Drag the visit, and the homeowner gets the new date by text.
- Schedule later: jobs waiting on the inspector or a delivery
- Week view: every open remodel's visits side by side
- Two carpenters on one demo day

Run the job
Crew app
Your carpenter calls to ask which vanity goes in which bath. The visit shows the notes, the checklist and the code for the side door.
- Checklists: the punch list, room by room
- Signature: the homeowner signs off on site
- Android app, or the crew page on any phone, iPhone too

Run the job
Job photos
Rot behind the old tile changes the price. The crew shoots it on their phone, and it lands on that job's visit.
- Before, during, after: tagged on every visit
- Draw on a photo: circle the soft subfloor
- Dead zone: photos wait on the phone and upload when signal returns (Android)

Run the job
Time tracking
Labor is the line remodelers guess. Each carpenter clocks in and out of every visit, so the job shows its real hours.
- Labor cost: each visit's hours at the rate you set
- Timesheets: check the week, fix an entry, approve
- Payroll file: the week's hours as a CSV

Run the job
Integrations
Your week already lives in Google Calendar. Walkthroughs and site visits show up there, and Zapier links the rest.
- Google Calendar: two-way, so personal events block walkthrough slots
- Gmail or Outlook: homeowner email, both ways
- Stripe: card payments, connected for you

Bill the job
Invoicing
The final bill waits for Sunday night. It comes from the job's signed lines, with the deposit already taken off.
- Per job or per visit: bill the way the contract reads
- Late fee: added to your terms if you want one
- Reminders: on the due date, then every 3 days overdue

Bill the job
Payments
The final check is 'in the mail' for two weeks. Homeowners pay by card from a text link, or from their portal.
- Bank payments: a large final paid from a US bank account
- Deposit: paid by card right after they sign
- Portal: any open invoice, paid from their login

Bill the job
Expenses
The tile ran over, and the bath barely broke even. Each job receipt goes on its remodel, so the profit counts it.
- Receipt photo: kept with the job, entered from the office
- Dumpster and permit: counted against that remodel
- Job profit: what's left after materials, labor and receipts

Bill the job
QuickBooks sync
Your bookkeeper retypes every deposit and final payment. Each invoice you send, and each payment, lands in QuickBooks Online with its customer.
- Your accountant's file stays in QuickBooks
- No double entry at tax time
- We connect it when we set you up

Bill the job
Reporting
Three remodels open, and you can't say which one pays. See each job's margin and which homeowners are behind.
- Job profit: each remodel's margin, labor counted
- Aged balances: every open invoice and how late it is
- Customer balances: what each homeowner still owes

Bring them back
Texting & inbox
Vanity questions come by text, Facebook and website chat. They land in one inbox, and you reply from the phone app.
- Business line: calls ring the Android app on your business number
- Missed call: text the caller first, one tap
- AI front desk: picks up on demo day and books the walkthrough

Bring them back
Reminders
Demo day, and the kitchen is still full of dishes. The homeowner gets a reminder text the day before at 3:30 PM.
- An hour before: a second reminder
- On my way: your crew lead's ETA
- Moved visit: the new date, by text

Bring them back
Customer portal
Homeowners call to ask what's still due. They log in to pay invoices and open the contract.
- Invoices, contracts and shared files under your logo
- Pay by card or ask for the next project

Bring them back
Customer list
A past client wants the same tile in the second bath. Their record keeps every job, property and note.
- Pinned note: the tile name, the dog, park on the street
- Properties: their house and their rental, each with its history
- Tags: mark past clients worth a spring call

A remodeler's week
Three places a remodel leaks money
The quote nobody answers, the extra nobody signed, and the 7 AM texts.
Sunday, 10 PM
Last month's bath becomes tonight's quote
Sunday at 10 PM, you're pricing a bathroom you walked Saturday. The two quotes you sent last week still have no answer.
Copy last month's bath estimate and change the tile, the vanity and the square footage. Give the homeowner three options with add-ons, so they pick a level instead of shopping your price. The estimate shows when they opened it. A text follows at 2 days, and a text and email at 5. They pick, sign from the link, then pay the deposit by card.
- Copy estimate: last month's bath, new numbers
- Viewed: you see the night they open it
- Two follow-ups: day 2 by text, day 5 by text and email

Demo day
The extra gets its own signed estimate
The ceiling is open, and the homeowner asks to redo the ductwork while it's open. The crew does it on a verbal yes. At the final, it's 'I never approved that.' You eat the cost, or the final payment waits.
Price the extra as its own estimate on your laptop. The homeowner signs it from a text link, or right there on your screen, before anyone touches the ducts. Once it's signed, make it a job with its own invoice, so it gets billed.
- Its own estimate: priced and signed before the work
- Sign in person: on your tablet or laptop, on the spot
- Its own invoice: the extra can't be forgotten at the final

7 AM text
One link shows the homeowner each day's work
The family is cooking in the garage while the kitchen is gutted. The homeowner texts at 7 AM for an update, again at 5, and calls on Sunday. The Friday photo recap eats another hour.
Your crew takes before, during and after photos on every visit. Send the homeowner the job's photo timeline link once, and they check progress without texting you. Hide any shot you'd rather they skipped. The crew lead taps on my way to send the ETA, and a moved visit texts the new date.
- Photo timeline: one link to every visit's photos
- Hide a photo: the mess stays off the link
- Photo report: a PDF for the final walkthrough

Price the next bath from the last one
Send us an old bath estimate, and we load its services and prices during setup. Month to month, cancel any time.

Why remodelers switch
What stops coming out of your margin
The quote that went cold
Two follow-ups go out for you, and an expired price renews in one click if they come back.
The extra done for free
Extra work goes as its own estimate, signed before the crew starts it.
The final held back
A photo report shows the finished work, and the final goes out with a card link.
