- Upcoming visits, contracts and shared files in their login
- Open invoices paid by card from the same login
- Requests for more work, filed under that customer
- Free trial, no card
- Month to month, cancel any time

Customer portal
What customers call the office to ask
Three questions customers phone about, and where they find the answer now.
The wait
They check the date instead of calling
Six weeks after the deposit, the customer calls a third time to ask when the windows go in. You're on a ladder, and they start to wonder if the deposit's gone.
Once the install is on your schedule, it shows in their portal under Appointments. Share the order confirmation or the permit as a file, and it sits beside their contract. Every page carries your business name, colors and logo.
- Appointments: every visit on your schedule for them
- Shared files: drawings, permits, order confirmations
- Your brand: business name, colors and logo

Upcoming install The bill
Invoices paid by card from their login
The final invoice went out Friday. Monday the customer calls to ask what they owe and how to pay. The check is still a week off.
Their open invoices are listed in the portal, on their phone or computer. They tap one and pay by card. Paid invoices stay listed, so last spring's is there when their accountant asks.
- Card payments: on their phone or computer
- Paid invoices: still in their list afterwards

Paid by card The next job
New work requested from the same login
A property manager texts you about a sticking door at one rental, a leak at another. By Friday both are buried under other texts.
They tap Request work in their portal and describe the job. It reaches you filed under that customer, and they see it listed under My requests.
- Request work: sent from their login
- My requests: what they've asked for, listed

New request

Clients texted me at 7 AM asking what's next, then again after dinner. Now their visits, drawings and contract sit in their login, and the morning texts stopped.
