JobsiteBooked for handymen
The drive took longer than the fix.
JobsiteBooked is software for handyman businesses that ends the drive across town to give a free estimate. Customers book flat-price fixes online or send photos first, so you drive out to work, not to look.

Features for handymen
The tools behind a day of small jobs
Pick one to see it on a honey-do list, a turnover or a TV mount.
Land the job
Estimates
Honey-do lists get shopped against two other quotes. Yours prices each fix on its own line, and the customer signs on their phone.
- Options: patch the hole, or patch and repaint the wall
- Add-ons: the closet door, if they want it done too
- Deposit: they sign, then pay it by card, before you buy parts

Land the job
Online booking
Tire kickers want a price before they'll book. They see yours on your site and pick a time for the fix.
- Services menu: TV mount, faucet swap and drywall patch at your price
- Request form: photos of the job and the times that work
- Look first: a visit to see the job, in a slot you set

Land the job
Review requests
Lead apps send your customer to four others. Google reviews send neighbors to you, and each closed job asks for one.
- A day after: your review link by email once the job closes
- Three days on: a text nudge with the same link
- Home: how many Google reviews you have so far

Land the job
Marketing
Winter tickets get smaller. Send past customers a spring honey-do reminder by text and email.
- Bulk text: one note to everyone you've fixed something for
- Email campaign: holiday fixes before the guests arrive
- Lead sources: where each request came from, on Home

Land the job
Website
Neighbors on Nextdoor ask for a handyman, and you need somewhere to send them. We build your website, with online booking on it, as part of setup.
- Price list: your common fixes, each with a Book button
- Photos in: the request form takes pictures of the job
- Chat: you answer from your phone, or the AI front desk does

Run the job
Scheduling
Five stops in no sensible order, with a store run in the middle. The map beside the schedule orders them by distance.
- Drag: the forgotten 2 PM moved to Thursday
- Schedule later: jobs waiting on a part, kept in a list
- Recurring: a landlord's monthly check, entered once

Run the job
Crew app
You walk in not knowing what you did here last spring. The visit shows the gate code, the notes and the property's history.
- On my way: pick an ETA, and the customer gets a text
- Punch list: each item ticked off on the visit's checklist
- On Android, or in a helper's iPhone browser from their own link

Run the job
Job photos
A landlord asks what you did in unit 4. Send the before and after photos as a report or a link.
- Before and after: tagged on each visit
- Crawl space: photos taken with no signal upload later on Android
- Portfolio: your best drywall patches, ready to show

Run the job
Time tracking
A landlord says you weren't there the whole time. Clock in and out of each visit, and the hours sit on the job.
- Crew page: start and stop in any phone's browser
- Helper's week: approve the hours, then a payroll CSV
- Visit notes: why the two-hour job took three

Run the job
Integrations
Work visits and family plans live in two calendars. Your visits show in your own Google Calendar.
- Google Calendar: visits next to the school run
- Gmail or Outlook: customer email through your own address
- Zapier: hooks it up to the other apps you run

Bill the job
Invoicing
Twelve small tickets mean twelve invoices at night. Per-visit billing drafts each one when you mark the visit complete.
- Monthly: each unit billed, plus one statement of all a landlord owes
- Lines: the extra fix you added on site, already on it
- Late fee: added to invoices that go past due

Bill the job
Payments
Small jobs, small checks, and a bank deposit every Friday. Customers pay by card from the invoice's text.
- Text to pay: a card link with every invoice you send
- ACH: US customers can pay by bank transfer
- Portal: a property manager pays each unit from one login

Bill the job
Expenses
Store receipts fade on the dashboard. Each one goes on its job from the office computer, with a photo.
- Parts run: the store receipt saved with the job
- Job profit: materials counted against what you billed
- Six categories: each expense filed the same way

Bill the job
QuickBooks sync
Whoever does the books types each invoice in twice. Each sent invoice and card payment goes over to QuickBooks Online instead.
- Customers: sent over, and the ones in QuickBooks come in
- Your bookkeeper: jobs stay here, the books stay in QuickBooks
- Connected while we set you up

Bill the job
Reporting
Busy every day, and still not sure who owes what. Money owed lists each unpaid invoice and how long it's been out.
- Aged balances: the property manager past 30 days
- Job profit: what the shelf made after your hours
- Sales tax: what you collected, by rate

Bring them back
Texting & inbox
Customers text a photo of the leak or message you on Facebook. You answer both from the inbox on your phone.
- Business line: work calls ring the Android app, apart from personal ones
- Missed call: text the caller in one tap once you're down
- AI front desk: takes calls and chat while your hands are full

Bring them back
Reminders
The 2 PM customer forgot and went out. A text goes at 3:30 PM the day before, and another an hour before.
- On my way: your ETA by text, so someone's home
- Booked online: a confirmation goes out straight away
- Moved: the new time sent when you drag the visit

Bring them back
Customer portal
Property managers text for every unit's bill. They log in to pay invoices, see upcoming visits and request the next fix.
- Requests: the next turnover sent from their login
- Files: shared papers and every invoice, under your logo

Bring them back
Customer list
A property manager with eight rentals, each a separate text thread. One customer holds every property, each with its own history.
- Properties: each rental with its own past visits
- Pinned note: the paint color and the tenant's hours
- Tags: landlord, realtor or honey-do regular

A week of small jobs
Where a handyman's hours go unpaid
Three places a small ticket loses money, and the fix for each.
4 PM, across town
Priced from the photos, not the driveway
It's 4 PM and you're crossing town to price a sticking door and a dripping faucet. The customer has two more handymen coming tomorrow. That's over an hour you don't bill, for a job you may not get.
Faucet swaps, TV mounts and drywall patches sit at a set price on the website we build. Customers book them straight onto your calendar. Anything else comes in through the request form, with photos and the times that suit them. You price the door from the photos on your laptop and send the estimate by text. If it isn't signed in 2 days, a text follows up, then a text and email at 5. When a job does need a look, book it on a day the map shows you're nearby.
- Flat-price fixes: booked on your site with no quote visit
- Photo request: the job in pictures before you drive
- Follow-ups: a text at 2 days, a text and email at 5

While you're here
The extra fix makes it onto the invoice
You priced the shelf by what it felt worth. Then the customer asks about the closet door while you're there, and you fix it for free. The job ends at $20 an hour.
Before you pick up the drill, add the door to the job from your phone. Pick it from your price list, and it lands on the invoice at your price. Your trip charge and two-hour minimum live in a saved template, on every honey-do list you price. Each estimate line shows your cost, markup and margin, which a helper never sees. Clock in and out of each visit on the crew page, and the job's profit counts your hours.
- Lines on site: the closet door added from your phone
- Template: trip charge and two-hour minimum already in
- Job profit: your clocked hours against the bill

Up a ladder
Booked while you're still on the ladder
You're on a ladder with a light fixture half hung when your phone buzzes. You call back at 6, and they've booked whoever answered. The lead you paid an app for that morning went to four other handymen.
The AI front desk answers calls on your business line when you can't. It takes the name, address and what needs fixing, then books a visit to look on your calendar. Every request shows its source, so you see what your own site brings in next to the apps. A day after each job closes, the customer gets your Google review link by email. More reviews mean more neighbors find you on Google, not on an app.
- AI front desk: answers, takes the job, books the visit
- Lead sources: your website or the app you paid
- Review requests: your Google link, a day after each job

Price the TV mount once
Set a flat price for each common fix, and customers book it on your website at that price. We load the list at setup, and it's month to month.
What contractors say

Dave P.Handyman Zeromissed callers left waitingIf my phone rings while I'm on a ladder, the caller gets a text from my business number before I climb down. Half the time they've picked a slot by then.

Luis M.HVAC service Every seasontune-ups rebookedTune-up customers get put back on the schedule every season, and I don't lift a finger.

Carlos S.General contractor 40 → 150Google reviews in a yearWe went from 40 Google reviews to over 150 in a year, and nobody had to ask a customer by hand.

Mike D.Remodeling contractor Halfsigned before I'm homeI used to write estimates at the kitchen table at night. Now I send them from the truck, and half get signed before I'm home.

Why handymen switch
What a handyman stops giving away
The free estimate drive
Customers send photos or book a flat-price fix, so you price the small stuff without the trip.
The lead four others got too
Every job ends with a review request, and your website books the neighbors who find you.
The landlord's 45-day check
Each unit is billed monthly with a card link. The property manager gets one statement of all they owe.
