Saturday quotes
See the job before you start the truck
You cross town Saturday morning to look at a sticking door and a dripping faucet. The customer has two more contractors coming, and your morning is gone, unpaid.
Your website's request form takes photos, the problem, and a morning or afternoon to come. It reaches you with the address and how they heard about you. Small jobs get priced from the photos, and you drive out only when it needs a look.
- Request form: photos, the problem and the address
- A weekday morning, afternoon or any time
- Lead source: how they heard about you, on every request

Small jobs
Flat-rate work booked with no quote visit
A TV mount, a tune-up, a disposal swap: you know the price before you go. Still, settling on a day takes three calls and two voicemails.
Your website gets a menu of your flat-rate jobs, each with its price, set up by us. The customer picks a job and an open time, and it lands on your calendar with the address. They pay after the work, by card from the invoice you text them.
- Services menu: your flat-rate jobs and their prices
- Booked into open time on your calendar
- Paid after the job, by card from a text

Customers book the walkthrough in your open hours
The deck job needs a look, so you trade voicemails for three days to set a time. By then the homeowner has booked whoever answered first.
The customer books the site visit online, in an hour you left open. Visits go to your techs in turn. They get a confirmation at once and a reminder the day before, so someone is home. When you're mid-job, the AI front desk answers the call and books the site visit.
- Your hours: only the days and times you open
- A confirmation, then a reminder the day before
- AI front desk: answers the call and books the site visit

Site visit booked

I gave away Saturdays driving out to look at broken springs. Now customers send a photo or book the repair at my flat rate. I only drive to paid work.
